Causes of Greying Hair

It is often said that greying is a sign of ageing. People around 35 years old start to grow white hair, and together with their usual color hair, we call it greying. Greying is something many people experience. However, it is not inevitable. The greying process can actually be delayed or even stopped.

What Greying Means

Greying means the body has started the shriveling process. It may have something to do with age. As we grow older, we get more grey hair. But why? Because as we grow older, the time spent shriveling increases. Years and years of shriveling. That is why when one is young, they can continue what they are doing with no shriveling effects.

What does Shriveling Mean?

I have written about this in my other article "What Ageing Really Is". But in short, if you are shriveling, it means that your body is not having enough water. Even if you are drinking enough plain water, you may also be drinking "blockers" that are hindering the water absorption process that your body needs in order to function properly. End of the day, it is like running a business, and you need to have more revenue compared to expenditure in order to turn profit. In water absorption terms, if your body absorbs enough plain water, you turn profit. The water you drink is the revenue and the blockers you drink is the expenditure.

How to Stop Greying

It is not difficult at all to stop greying. Or at least delay it as much as possible so that your hair doesn't turn all white when you are 50. In a nutshell, you have to drink enough plain water and reduce blockers. Reducing intake of carcinogenic food also helps a ton. I have laid out the full protocol that I use in my ebook Great Health Secrets. This is totally possible, hence why some people look ageless even in their senior ages while others look all shriveled up! Greying Hair

On the Internet, it is agreed that ageing is the natural, gradual process of growing older, characterized by the accumulation of cellular and molecular damage, leading to a decline in physical and mental capacity, increased risk of disease, and ultimately, death. ...

Exercise is Overrated

This is a very controversial take from me, saying that exercise is overrated. Why do I say so? The general consensus on exercise is that it is a very good activity. Of course it is. But you can try to search online for benefits of exercise. You will get lots of generic information such as prevention of weight gain, combatting health conditions and diseases, lowering risk of cardiovascular diseases, promoting better sleep, and so on. Is this really true? My take is... it's not false, but not really the case. ...
