When we hear the word ageing, we would picture a face that is shriveled up, having wrinkles, and grey hair. But that is just the general idea. On the Internet, it is agreed that
ageing is the natural, gradual process of growing older, characterized by the accumulation of cellular and molecular damage, leading to a decline in physical and mental capacity, increased risk of disease, and ultimately, death.
However, I bet you have ever come across 2 different people of about the same age with one person ageing terribly and the other person not ageing at all. Have you ever wondered why? Let me tell you, that gradual process of growing older, having cellular and molecular damage, is the shriveling process. Without that process, a person will look like they never aged.
Biological Age vs Chronological Age
Your chronological age is the actual age you are at. If you have lived for 60 years, you are chronologically 60 years old. However, your biological age is the age your body state is at physiologically. This means if your body has declined to a point where it looks 50 years old, then your biological age is 50. This also means if your body fails to decline, your biological age will not progress! This decline is what I call shriveling.
Shriveling
A lot of young people wonder why their face is starting to show wrinkles and why they are starting to have grey hair. This is the shriveling process that I am talking about. I am not sure if the process is reversible. But I am pretty sure it is possible to stop the shriveling from getting worse.
Imagine 2 plants planted at the same time. One plant is all shriveled up. The other one is thriving with beautiful leaves. Totally possible. Same concept here. Replace the plants with people. Take a look at 2 members of the Ghostbusters: Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson.

Ernie Hudson, on the right, is chronologically older than Bill Murray on the left and yet Bill is all shriveled up. His hair is all white. This is what I am talking about. There must be a way to prevent this shriveling, right? Well, there is. And I have written it all down in my ebook
Great Health Secrets.
